Directions for use:

Preparing the tea

• Bring 500 ml of water to the boil.
• Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the tea blend.
• Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
• Drink unflavored or with a natural sweetener (honey, stevia).

Recommended consumption

During complaints: 3 times a day, 400–500 ml of tea (morning, noon, evening), for a few days, with plenty of fluid intake. | For prevention: a 7–10-day course once a month, 3 cups a day. | After a 10-day course, a break of at least 2 weeks is recommended.

To support flushing, it's important to drink enough fluids throughout the day in addition to the tea.
